RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS


Clossue Collection Products

You can request a return for Clossue Collection products within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@clossue.com. The product to be returned must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags intact. The invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be included in the return package. Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days using the same method you used when ordering. Clossue Collection products cannot be exchanged. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Vintage & Secondhand Products

With the exception of the Clossue Collection, all other products on our site are second-hand/vintage, and only one of each item is available. Therefore, while returns are not possible, you can still exchange clothing items .

For an exchange , please report the problem you are experiencing to i nfo@clossue.com within 3 days of receiving the product . Exchange requests exceeding this period will not be accepted.

Accessories (shoes, bags, glasses, necklaces, belts, etc.) and luxury brand products cannot be returned or exchanged.

The product's invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be included in the package you send us, complete and undamaged. Products with damaged or damaged original packaging, or products damaged in any way due to use, will not be accepted for exchange.

Note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
