Before receiving your package, check the box for any damage or problems. If, for any reason, there is damage or deficiency, or an opening on the parcel tape, return your box to the cargo officer with a request to keep a report, without signing any documents regarding the delivery. If you fulfill this obligation, your money will be refunded. In case of receiving products with damaged boxes or allegedly missing contents, we are not responsible for the damage or shortage of the products inside. Please report this situation in writing to info@clossue.com as soon as possible, including your order number.
