RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

We want your Clossue piece to make you feel great. If it's different from what you expected:

• You can request a free return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date by emailing info@clossue.com.
  
  
• The product must be unused and have its tags attached for us to initiate the return process.
  
  
• As soon as your return is approved, your payment process will begin and will be reflected in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
