We want your Clossue piece to make you feel amazing. If anything is different from what you expected;

• You can request a free return or exchange at info@clossue.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
  
  
• The product must be unused, with the tag attached, in its original box, and in a condition suitable for resale.
  
  
• As soon as your return is approved, your refund will be processed and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
